Jolene
I'm working on a write up on Dolly Parton over at weheartmusic, and I thought it would be nice to put together a few covers of "Jolene". The most famous of the covers was recently released by the White Stripes. Although, I'm not terribly fond of their cover, because I think partly because it's sung by Jack White.
Sherry Austin and Mindy Smith's versions are typical country standards.

Dolly's version is still the breast, er, I mean best :)
I added four more Jolene covers. Boy 8-Bit doesn't have any lyrics. Anne Susanne Hynne is based out of Norway. Olivia Newton-John, I'm sure you all know who she is. I didn't know who Strawberry Switchblade until just a few minutes ago, but their cover is pretty good. It has a very 80s feel to it, probably because of the way they dress or that video they put online!
